    How to use:

    As an intensive treatment: Apply a sufficient amount to clean, damp hair, from mid-lengths to ends or from the roots if your scalp is dry. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes and rinse with plenty of water.

    As a pre-wash: Apply to dry hair before shampoo, leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, then wash as usual.

    As a conditioner: After shampooing, distribute a small amount on damp hair, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse.

    Recommendations

    For best results, use the treatment 1 to 2 times a week. For very dry or damaged hair, it can be used up to 3 times a week as an intensive treatment.
